Biorhythms Mental Health is a solo private practice owned by Zach Sears, MSW, LICSW.
As a therapist I aspire to guide people through their inner turmoil using the strengths they already possess.
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social worker that has worked in a variety of contexts: I have worked with teens and adults in residential treatment, school settings, collegiate recovery programs, private practice, and in the corrections setting.
I specialize in working with first responders, working within corrections crisis response teams and as a correctional officer in the past; I am able to help this demographic through trauma they have experienced to a better life on the other side.
I also have a particular interest in Integrative Mental Health. I use science-backed approaches and knowledge to help provide a clearer route to healing for clients.
Lastly, I use the following methods to treat trauma and other conditions: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Integrative Mental health, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills.
